In a new presentation Tuesday, January 18 HPF to the EC, the Directorate has announced the total closure of the current site of Issy les Moulineaux in the month of March 2011! January 25, in a message to EB Sales the CEO returned to the remarks made and gave as April-May new date. And reopens the case of maintaining a floor.
On plans to move rejected in 2010, 60 employees (HP Volume Direct CCF and PFC) will be attached to Ulis in February 2011, then 100 would be in March 2011 (ESSN, TS Sales) -> May minimum now. For 200 other employees (EB Sales / Sales SW GA and HP), they should reach 80 workstations in Nanterre after work in December 2011. Meanwhile, 90 offices would be rented to them on the other side of the street in Issy at Regus. The CFTC
denounced the whole project and already presented in the EC decided insufficient HP offices in the inner suburbs, deadlines for these fancy moves can take place and few answers to questions.
Where will the future headquarters of HPF? What happens to the ongoing EC, infirmary, HP Team CRS, parking ... ? What will the future working conditions and restore?

The first 2 EC consulted, HPF and HP SFS have an opinion on the Memorandum of Understanding on 15 and 18 February. signatures union began on 1 March.
Alignment problems of social status HPF-HP SFS and consequences on HP CCF (including Mutual, Protection, Participation and ARTT) were therefore find acceptable solutions to the last but signatures adjustments are ongoing.
Next Steps:
- For HP SFS-HPF: Signing of Memorandum of Understanding by majority union and start consultations on the proposed merger itself.
- Merger possible on May 1 or June 1 if the 2 EC render an opinion within a month or two.
- For HP RTC: EC consultation on the draft MoU HP CCF. Then if the signature meeting the EC makes an opinion.
- Negotiated agreements for several months to adapt (ARTT, Welfare-Health Penalty payments ...) with the basic safeguards obtained in the protocol or protocols.

As in 2003, 2006 and 2009, the CFTC has made every effort to work this file reorganization agreements by unions. The workshops Inter on 5 themes that we have proposed building permit proposals often common to 3 or 4 unions facing the Directorate.
In view of the EC's comments and the record of nine negotiating sessions (4 and 26 November, 7, 13 and 20 December, 7, 19, 24 and 31 January) and the meeting of 25 February.
