Resuming launched in about 2008 due to the opening of negotiations to establish a new agreement covering the 3 companies DIF HPF HPCCF and HP SFS.
The agreement signed in June 2008 for 2 years included only those companies HPF and HP CCF. There was no agreement among HP SFS.
Proceedings of the 1st meeting in the commentary on January 29, 2011, next meeting March 9.

Memo: Bargaining obtained by the CFTC in 2007 ended with the signing of an agreement on June 12 by the CFTC, CFE-CGC and FOR. The main objective is to facilitate the exercise of the Individual Right to Training (DIF), especially during work time (which is strictly impossible without the agreement).
