The merger HP SFS -> HPF

The first 2 EC consulted, HPF and HP SFS have an opinion on the Memorandum of Understanding on 15 and 18 February. signatures union began on 1 March.

Next Steps:

- For HP SFS-HPF: Signing of Memorandum of Understanding by majority union and start consultations on the proposed merger itself.

- Merger possible on May 1 or June 1 if the 2 EC render an opinion within a month or two.
- For HP RTC: EC consultation on the draft MoU HP CCF. Then if the signature meeting the EC makes an opinion.
- Negotiated agreements for several months to adapt (ARTT, Welfare-Health Penalty payments ...) with the basic safeguards obtained in the protocol or protocols.
